COVID-19 Update: March 19, 2020
Like all of you, we at Emroch & Kilduff are working hard to better understand the implications for our community and our associates during this unprecedented time surrounding COVID-19.
We have taken steps to implement a plan to maintain communications with our clients and other associates while keeping our staff safe. We have limited staff in our Richmond office and encourage everyone to use email or phone calls to reach your lawyer or paralegal. Many of our staff are working remotely and have access to case file information. At this time, we are limiting in-person visits to our Richmond, Tappahannock, Petersburg and Fredericksburg locations. Our staff is equipped to monitor emails and voice mail messages. With respect to document exchanges, we recommend that you call our office to discuss the best way for you to 1) email documents 2) fax documents or 3) mail documents to us. In-person meetings will be handled on a case-by-case basis and we may use Skype, FaceTime or Zoom to connect with you if necessary. We will be using email as a primary method to deliver documents and provide updates to you. Regular mail will continue to be sent out each day as long as the US Postal System is open for business. Fed Ex and UPS will be used for specific types of document deliveries and we will require a signature.
Our offices are open to receive mail, deliveries and phone calls. Please do not drop in to visit any of our offices. Call us and we will accommodate you in another way. If you have an appointment with us, please call our office to confirm the status of your appointment. Our team is dedicated to provide our usual level of excellent service to maintain the management of your case during this time. Please contact our office with any concerns or questions and we will be happy to assist you. We may be reached at (804) 358-1568.
