Debbie Downey joined Emroch & Kilduff in October 2023 as a Litigation Paralegal. She is native to Northern Virginia and attended George Mason University studying Business Management. Debbie has a varied legal background, having worked in the criminal field at the Alexandria Commonwealth’s Attorneys’ Office, and then with insurance defense civil firms. She was intrigued by Plaintiff’s work, and she has enjoyed assisting injured clients in a different aspect of the field.
Debbie now calls Bowling Green her home. When she is not in the office, she loves spending time with her children and grandchildren, rooting on her beloved Washington Commanders and Washington Capitals teams, reading, and taking walks to enjoy the nature around her small country town.
