Mr. Bullock’s first job after passing the bar exam was with a high volume litigation firm where he honed his trial skills on a daily basis defending criminal and traffic cases in courts throughout central Virginia. Mr. Bullock developed trial experience defending felony, DUI, drug and traffic cases throughout the commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Bullock obtained a wealth of trial experience and has successfully handled 1,000s of criminal and traffic cases in courts all over central Virginia.
Mr. Bullock has spent the majority of his career practicing personal injury litigation, which is his passion. In his personal injury practice, Mr. Bullock is committed to protecting the rights of those injured by the negligence of others. Mr. Bullock has a wide range of personal injury experience including wrongful death cases, premises liability cases, and serious bodily injury cases including fractures, facial reconstruction, traumatic brain injury cases, and serious truck, motorcycle, and motor vehicle accident cases. Mr. Bullock also represents injured victims of medical negligence.
Mr. Bullock enjoys being in the courtroom and has significant experience handling cases from inception to trial in state and federal courts throughout Virginia, including Jury Trials. Howard strongly believes in the civil justice system and is passionate about fighting to achieve the best possible results for his clients.
