Julie was born and raised in Phillipsburg, NJ. She graduated from the University of Richmond with a double major in Political Science and Sociology. She then attended the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, GA and received a Certificate in Civil Litigation. She has been working as a Litigation Paralegal for nearly 40 years, and notably 34 years with Emroch & Kilduff. She is currently the Legal Administrator for the firm in addition to her duties as a Senior Litigation Paralegal. Julie has handled a multitude of litigation and medical malpractice cases over the years. She created an in-house Medical Malpractice Handbook and checklist for staff training and use on a wide array of medical malpractice cases. She is also involved with staff training and various other administrative duties for the firm.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys gardening, shopping and cooking, and spending time with family in Williamsburg.
