Penny Fones is a Sr. Paralegal who has worked for Emroch & Kilduff for 23 years. Penny’s educational background consists of an Associate in Applied Science Degree from Rappahannock Community College in 1981, followed by an Associate in Applied Science Dual Degree in Legal Assisting from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College in 1996 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Richmond School of Continuing Studies in 2002.

Penny’s goal has always been to utilize her education, experience, and skills to promote quality client/attorney relationships. Penny is very organized and her communication with her clients is exceptional.
Penny has lived in the Northern Neck of Virginia her entire life and enjoys a variety of hobbies including outdoor activities. Penny serves on the Board of the Richmond County Museum and is a Deacon in her Church. She is an avid reader and keeps a journal of her favorite quotes.
