Wheelchair-bound plaintiff was not properly fastened into her wheelchair or her wheelchair was not properly secured into a van transporting plaintiff to dialysis, which she received for end-stage renal disease. Plaintiff suffered from several life-threatening medical conditions unrelated to the accident giving rise to this claim.
